Shannon Conheady received a Fulbright U.S. Student Award to teach English in the Slovak Republic during the 2015-2016 academic year. Established in 1948, the Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program of the United States government. Shannon will represent the country as a cultural ambassador while she is overseas, helping to enhance mutual understanding between Americans and the people of the Slovak Republic.
